We generally charge by the hour for consulting services. However,  some projects can occasionally be quoted at a fixed price. We often  recommend to new clients that they consider this per-project option  during an evaluation phase. New clients also use hourly support when  they need immediate assistance.

We'll meet with you to  fully understand your situation, budget, desires, timelines, and  expectations. We'll prepare estimates on services to give you an idea of  what the cost/benefit will be before taking that next step. 

Knowing what you currently have and where you would like to go is the  first step in any goal setting process. We bring your bookkeeping up to  date. Present you with income statements and balance sheets on a monthly  basis. We sit with you and go through the numbers. Make suggestions to  improvements. For tax planning we meet with you and your tax preparer so  all stakeholders are on the same page. 

Based on solid, up to date financial information provided by us you  can formulate your vision and goals and together we can defined the  overall Projections. Together we will prepare a solid financial budget  that will serve as a road map for your company. Not only a budget for  your income and expenses but also cash flows and balance sheet. With  budgets in place for your operation we will create procedures for  reporting budget variances so you can better manage the development of  your organization.
